Since SASS is all about preserving the old west & SASS is always looking for new members to have the same great fun you are --I am inviting all of you Great SASS members to join in the fun & the overall street scene in Jacksonville on Saturdays starting at noon through 2pm--( dressed in your gear & guns of course) At the same time you can be promoting SASS! Even 1/2 hour would be great-- just walk around town & enjoy the sites---people will love checking you out & asking you all sorts of questions--the cameras will be clicking!!
Here are some other events going on in Jacksonville.

Since all of these government cuts have threaten to close our local museums & even schools are being closed a day a week-I started wondering what was going to happen to all of the history around here that is so unique-- Well I rounded up as many professional & not so professional people who liked to entertain as I could over the last 6 months--& have come up with a group of fun loving history re-enactors--who through entertainment & education plan on continuing the history of our area. They have been all volunteering endless hours to research, rehearsals & shows-(-it's a wonderful story in itself how all these people have pulled this together!) So now here is the good part. |
