Many of you may have seen JD walking around at last month's match to get your vote on a new badge design. Members at the JSR Business meeting voted to have the Lindholm Brothers create our new badge. Annual member's badges will be silver, Life and Charter member's badges will be gold. The cost of the badge will be $20. It would be a great opportunity to upgrade your annual membership to a life membership for $80 and you can get a life badge. Of course, the cost of the badge is not included in the membership upgrade. Place your badge order with the Lindholm Brothers at the monthly matches. And, for the betterment of our shooting facilities, Just Bill is trying to get a posse together to assist with the replacement of the shotgun bay roof Wednesday, June 18th at 6pm. The beginning of summer has hurried in with a variety of things going on. The annual shoot is just around the corner, JSR has contracted the Lindholm Brothers to produce our new club badge, and Just Bill is heading up improvement projects at the Ashland Gun Club. It is a great time to get involved because we need your help. The last planning meeting for the annual shoot is going to be July 22nd, 6pm at the Morris Ranch. Work parties will be formed soon to get everything in order for the big event. It will be another exciting annual shoot with everyone's help. |
